Our service

We provide information about roofing costs and a free tool that gives an indicative estimate, and we provide marketing and referral services by introducing potential customers to verified roofing companies. We are not roofing contractors and we do not carry out roofing work ourselves.

Estimates are indicative

Any figures produced by our calculator or shown on this site are indicative ranges based on typical UK pricing. They are not quotes and are not a guarantee of price. The only reliable price is a fixed written quote from a roofer following a survey of your property. We accept no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of an indicative estimate.

Referrals and fees

If we introduce you to a roofing company, we may receive a referral or marketing fee from that company. This does not affect the quality of service you receive or increase the cost of your project. You are under no obligation to use any company we introduce to you, and any contract for roofing work is between you and the roofing company directly — not with us.

No liability for third-party work

While we aim to introduce you to vetted, insured roofing companies, we are not party to the work they carry out and are not responsible or liable for that work, their conduct, or any contract you enter into with them. We encourage you to carry out your own checks before engaging any contractor.
